UPCOMING 2012 MEETING SCHEDULE

Meetings will start with a noon check in and - unless noted otherwise - are to be held at the Colonie Elks Club, 11 Elks Lane (off Rte 155), Latham, NY  12110.  A lite lunch will be served.  Reservations should be made by close of business on the Tuesday preceding the meeting date. It is not possible to make exceptions for food allergies, medical conditions, or vegetarian choice etc.  We try to make this as easy for staff both at PEF HQ’s, the club, and check in and keep costs to a minimum. We ask you understand and if you have an issue consider lunch at home before or after attending the meeting. Thanks.

             If weather conditions become a concern, we will make the decision to cancel the meeting by 10:30AM the day of the meeting.  If either North Colonie or South Colonie schools are closed we will automatically cancel the meeting. If you are still unsure and want to verify:
