HOW THE PEF INSURANCE PLAN WORKS IN-NETWORK COVERAGE
After you enroll, you’ll receive your PEF Dental Insurance Plan I.D. Card and a list of local GHI Participating Providers.
BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS PREVENTIVE AND DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES:
Examinations, X-Rays, Cleaning.
BASIC SERVICES: For covered services, you receive 100% coverage through our participating panel after you pay the $ 25 annual deductible. Fillings, Root Canals, Extractions, Periodontal Treatments
